 APPLICATIONS

Steel Platform and Mezzanine Rack System usually takes sectional material, medium or heavy duty rack as the main structural support, and the floors will be attached to add the upper second or third levels to increase vertical storage space. Multiple models of platform or mezzanine racks with the lighting system even simplified accessing and storage management. The weight capacity of the rack unit is usually within 500kgs per square meters and the height between 2.2 and 2.7 meters for each floor level. Light duty, small and medium sized goods are usually loadable on the floor for long-term storage. Package slideway, conveyer belt, elevator, electric hoist or platform-lift can be integrated into the steel platform and mezzanine system. Such kind of system is commonly applied in auto parts stores, light industry, micro-electronics fields etc.

Q: Does Jracking® have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?

A: No, but good quantity comes with good price. We recommend the order quantity for regular products of Jracking® to fit at least one 20ft. container, which is about 15 tons.

Q: How does Jracking® charge tooling fee (cost of opening new mold)?

A: For the production of necessary tooling requirement, Jracking® charges the cost before the first order for opening new mold, and the cost will be partially or fully refunded after certain quantity of orders.
