It is an effective method of increasing pallet storage with in a given area with the advantages

The main part of the VNA rack system is beam rack system, different in that three-way stack fork lift rail is assembled on the floor of the rack base.

Narrow and Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Pallet Racking is serviced by Reach Trucks or specialised forklifts called Turret/Swing-Reach Trucks or, in some cases, Automatic Stacker Cranes. These units operate in aisles not much wider than the load itself. Although capital costs are greater, there are usually significant savings in land and building costs.

Case picking is also possible with man-up Turret/Swing Reach Trucks, Stockpickers and AS/RS systems with appropriate attachments.

Our Two Factories

The old factory covers an area of 24000 square meters. With an area of 31000 square meters, the new factory is under construction and will be put into operation in August this year. The advanced automatic production facilities for the cold profiling of metals enable us to achieve high level in racking industry. Rigorous tests are implemented on raw materials, half finished and finished products, which ensure us a continuous evolution of efficiency and quality standards.
